1. In consideration of your rights to use the services, you warrant, represent, undertake and agree that:

All information that you provide to the Company during the registration process and/or thereafter, including in connection with any transaction that requires the deposit of funds, is true, current, accurate and fully corresponds to the name(s) on the credit/debit card(s) or other payment accounts that will be used to deposit or receive funds to/from your account.

You fully understand that there is a risk of losing money in the process of using the services on the Website, and you are fully responsible for any losses associated with the use of the services of the Website. You agree that you use the services solely by your own choice, decision and at your own risk. You have no right to make any claims against the Company in connection with your losses, damages and/or losses.
5. You fully understand the general methods, rules and procedures of providing services and playing on the Internet. You understand that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of these bets and games. You undertake not to commit any actions or conduct that may damage the reputation of the Company.
6. By agreeing to the Terms, you authorize us to carry out any checks from time to time (at our discretion) or as may be required by third parties (including, without limitation, regulatory authorities) to confirm your identity and contact information (“Verification”).
7. During the Checks, we may limit your ability to withdrawal funds from your account.
8. If any information you provide is false, inaccurate, misleading and/or otherwise incomplete, you are in breach of the terms of the agreement and we have the right to close your account immediately and/or refuse you use of the Website services, in addition to any other actions at our sole discretion.
9. If we are unable to confirm that you have reached the Permitted Age, we may suspend your account. If you were under the Permitted Age at the time of your participation in gambling transactions on the Website, then:
your account will be closed;
all transactions made during this time will become invalid and the corresponding funds deposited by you into the account will be returned minus commission costs of 20% to 50%;
any bets you made during this time will be cancelled;
any winnings that you have accumulated during the period when you were under the Age Limit will be forfeited and you will be required to return to us on demand any funds that have been withdrawn from your account.
6. The following activities are not permitted and constitute a material breach of the Terms:
6.1. provision of information to third parties;
6.2. using illegal activities (known as cheating), including the use of malware, bugs in our software, the use of automated players (also known as “bots“);
6.3. committing fraudulent actions in your interests, including using stolen, cloned or otherwise illegally obtained credit or debit card details when replenishing your account;
6.4. participation in any criminal activity, including money laundering and any other activity with criminal consequences;
6.5. colluding or attempting to collude, and/or intending to directly or indirectly participate in any collusive scheme with another player while playing on the Website.
7. We reserve the right to suspend, revoke or cancel any payments or winnings related to bonus funds received from the Company (comp points, bonuses, etc.) if we suspect that you are trying to abuse them.
8. The Company will take all reasonable steps to eliminate and identify collusion and its participants; appropriate action will be taken against such persons. We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you or any other player as a result of collusion, fraudulent activities or other illegal transactions or deception, and any action we take in this regard will be at our sole discretion.
9. If you suspect that a person is colluding or committing fraudulent activities, you must notify us by email as soon as possible.
10. We may at any time, without prior notice, prohibit your access to the Website services and block your account if we suspect you of fraud or fraudulent activity. In this case, we disclaim any obligation to return or otherwise compensate you for the funds in your account. We also reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities about this and you are obliged to cooperate with the Company in investigating this situation.
11. You are prohibited from using the services and/or software for any illegal or fraudulent activity, or for any illegal or fraudulent transaction (including money laundering) in accordance with the laws of the country of your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to suspend or block your and any other accounts in the system and withhold funds at any time. In this case, you waive any claims against the Company.
